This tool covers K-12 Stages 1 to 3 (ages 6 to 17) only; Stage 4 (ages 18 to 21, tertiary) is outside this workbook's scope.

None of this is required. Leave anything you are not sure of on its default answer; the workbook scores conservatively where detail is missing.

Typical period length The framework states that a standard 40-minute period does not allow enough time for a flow state to begin; 90 to 120 minutes is the range it associates with genuine depth time.

Periods per day (optional) Used only as a light fragmentation check: eight or more periods a day nudges the Time Architecture score down by one point.

Minutes per week of explicit, scheduled focus or attention-building practice

S is your Physical, Digital and Social Space scores added together (S₁ + S₂ + S₃), per the framework's additive-within-dimension structure. T is your Time Architecture score. A, Attention Quality, is the exponent.

How this score is calculated

Physical, Digital and Social Space (S₁, S₂, S₃) each score 0 to 4 from the campus, device and group-work checklists above; S is the sum of the three, matching the framework's own additive structure for Spatial Freedom.
Time Architecture (T) scores 0 to 4, driven mainly by your period length, with a one-point deduction if you reported eight or more periods a day.
Attention Quality (A) scores 0 to 4 from your AI posture, your scheduled attention-practice minutes, and, where you have tracked it, your tool-assisted work share (the sovereignty ratio proxy).
L is computed exactly as the framework publishes it: L = (S × T) raised to the power of A. When A is 0, L equals 1 regardless of S or T, matching the framework's own Property 1 (the Flatline). When S or T is 0, the base collapses to 0, matching Property 3.
This is a self-scored proxy, not a verified diagnostic. It reflects the answers you gave; a commissioned engagement replaces self-reported inputs with primary observation.

This workbook does not generate a syllabus, lesson plans, unit plans, or any subject-level curriculum content. It scores structure (space, time, attention), not what gets taught inside that structure.

Not a replacement for board curriculum requirements

Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE), International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge and State Board content requirements stay exactly as they are. This workbook does not alter, satisfy or substitute for any of them.

Not student-facing

This is a planning tool for school leaders and administrators. It is not delivered to students and does not interact with them.

Not a substitute for a commissioned curriculum-design engagement
