A Passion for Transforming Education
Aurobindo has a deep passion for the Education sector and has over 23 years of experience across K-12 Schooling, Higher Education, Vocational Education, Ancillary segments, and CSR projects.
He is a Cost & Management Accountant (CMA), Company Secretary (CS), and MBA (E-Commerce). Aurobindo started his career as an Asst. Education Officer & Content Manager with The Institute of Company Secretaries of India and then worked with companies like Educomp, KIPCO Group Kuwait, iDiscoveri (XSEED), and Technopak Advisors.
Aurobindo has been a member of FICCI School Education Committee (FICCI Arise) and CII Special Task Force on Skills and Education. He has published over 70+ articles and 15 industry reports and whitepapers on the Indian Education Sector, which have been widely quoted nationally and internationally.
He regularly addresses Indian and international conferences, events organized by industry chambers and think tanks like CII, FICCI, MAIT, ReThink India and has given guest lectures at leading educational institutions in India like IIT Delhi and FMS, Delhi.

Some of the companies that Eedham has worked with include Islanders Education, which operates multiple private schools with over 4,000 students in the Maldives, Hologo World, an AR and AI technology company for education with close to half a million users, EduSpark, a teacher training platform, and Educonnect, which has a partnership with Finnish universities to introduce the world-renowned Finnish-based education system to Asia.
