Aurobindo Saxena has 23 years of experience across K-12 Schooling, Higher Education, Vocational Education, Ancillary segments and CSR projects. He is a qualified Cost Accountant, Company Secretary and MBA (E‑Commerce).

He has delivered guest lectures at IIT Delhi and FMS – Delhi University.

He began his career as an Assistant Education Officer & Content Manager with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and later worked with Educomp , Pulsar Knowledge Centre (Part of KIPCO Group, Kuwait) , iDiscoveri (now XSEED) and Technopak . He has served on the FICCI School Education Committee (FICCI Arise) and the CII Special Task Force on Skills and Education .
