A Flat-Fee Matching Desk for Vendors and Leadership Candidates
A two-sided desk connecting Indian schools and colleges with vetted facilities, ed-tech and curriculum vendors, and separately with vetted senior leadership candidates such as principals, registrars and deans. Institutions and vendors will pay a flat annual access fee to use it, never a commission on which vendor wins or which candidate is placed.
Two Tracks: Vendor Match and Leadership Match
Both tracks run on the same basic mechanism, in reverse of each other: an institution describes what it needs, RAYSolute reviews and vets, and a controlled introduction follows only once both sides agree. Neither track is live yet. This section describes the mechanism, not a working search or a live shortlist.
Vendor Match
An institution posts a buying brief describing a facilities, ed-tech or curriculum need: the problem it is solving, the budget band, and the decision timeline. RAYSolute reviews the brief and, once the vendor pool is live, passes it to vetted suppliers in that category. Interested vendors respond through RAYSolute, and the institution decides which conversations move forward from there. Nothing in the brief is published to a public list.
Leadership Match
An institution posts a confidential mandate for a senior role, such as a principal, registrar or dean, describing the requirements and the reporting line. RAYSolute reviews the mandate and, once the candidate pool is live, passes it to vetted candidates who fit. The institution can keep the mandate unnamed throughout, so a sitting incumbent in a similar role does not learn of the search from a public posting.
What Makes This Different From a Directory or a Job Board
A directory or a job board publishes every listing and leaves the sorting to you. This desk is built around a different question: how do you get the right match without wading through every vendor or candidate who has ever signed up.
You describe what you need once. RAYSolute turns that into a short, firm-edited shortlist of matches, not a public list of everything available for you to sift through yourself.
A vendor or candidate cannot pay to appear higher, or at all, in a shortlist. The matching logic runs on fit to your brief, never on who has paid for visibility.
Institutions and vendors will pay a flat annual access fee to use the desk, not a percentage of the contract value or of a candidate's compensation. RAYSolute's fee does not change based on which vendor or candidate you choose.
Vetting means RAYSolute has confirmed a vendor's or candidate's documents and basic eligibility for the category they are listed in. It is not a recommendation of one vendor or candidate over another.
A Flat Access Fee, Not a Percentage of the Deal
RAYSolute's advisory work depends on being seen as vendor-neutral. A commission on which vendor wins, or a placement fee tied to a candidate's compensation, would put RAYSolute's incentive on the wrong side of that line, so the access model is built around a flat fee instead.
Institutions and Vendors
Institutions sourcing vendors or hiring leadership, and vendors who want to join the pool, will pay a flat annual access fee to use the desk. The fee is not linked to the value of any specific vendor contract, and RAYSolute earns nothing extra for steering you toward one vendor over another.

Leadership Candidates
Candidates who want to be considered for leadership mandates will be free or low-cost to join the pool. Keeping the candidate side inexpensive is deliberate: a leadership search only works if enough qualified candidates are in the pool, and a real cost to join would thin that side first.

What Vetting Means, and What We Commit To
These are the ground rules the desk is being built on, before it goes live, so there is no ambiguity about what "vetted" means or what happens to your information.
Our commitments
- Vetting checks documents and eligibility, not merit. Being accepted into the vendor or candidate pool means RAYSolute has confirmed core documents and basic eligibility for that category. It is never a recommendation of one vendor or candidate over another.
- Leadership mandates can stay unnamed. An institution can post a leadership mandate without naming itself, so a sitting incumbent in a similar role does not learn of the search from a public listing. The institution's identity is revealed only once it chooses to accept a specific introduction.
- Contact details need mutual consent. Neither side receives the other's contact information until both have accepted a proposed introduction.
- No resale or redistribution. Profile and brief data is used only to run the match. It is never sold, rented, or redistributed outside RAYSolute's own matching process.

Common Questions About Vendor & Leadership Match
Answers below match the FAQPage schema embedded on this page so AI assistants can surface them directly.
Is this a job board?
No. A job board or supplier directory publishes every listing to everyone, and you do the sorting yourself. Vendor & Leadership Match works the opposite way: you submit a brief describing what you need, and RAYSolute turns it into a short, firm-edited shortlist of matches, not a public feed of every profile in the pool. Paid placement never affects who appears in that shortlist.
Is this live yet?
No. Vendor & Leadership Match is in development. There is no vendor pool, no candidate pool, and no matching backend live on this page yet. Register your interest below and RAYSolute will contact you when the desk launches.
How is this different from paying a placement fee?
A placement fee is a percentage of the vendor contract or the candidate's compensation, paid only when a deal closes, which ties RAYSolute's incentive to that specific outcome. Vendor & Leadership Match will instead charge a flat annual access fee to institutions and vendors, unrelated to whether or which match closes, so RAYSolute is never paid more for steering an institution toward one vendor or candidate over another.
Will my information ever be shared without my consent?
No. Contact details are never shared with the other side until both parties accept a proposed introduction. Until that mutual acceptance, an institution or vendor sees only what RAYSolute chooses to summarise from a profile or a brief, never raw contact information.
