Profile search across seven filters
Search the full institution universe by board (Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Indian Certificate of Secondary Education (ICSE) under the Council for the Indian School Certificate Examinations (CISCE), International Baccalaureate (IB), Cambridge, State), state, city, ownership type (private unaided, trust-run, managed chain), K-12 segment, size band and fee band, alone or combined.

A coverage and vintage flag on every record

What RAYSolute commits to, and what a subscriber agrees to
These are the policy commitments RAYSolute stands behind for every Institution Intelligence Access subscription, set out in full in the licensing agreement signed before access is granted.
License and usage terms
- Internal-use-only license: query results are licensed for the subscriber's own institutional analysis. No resale, no redistribution and no re-publishing of extracts, including in third-party platforms or client-facing decks, without RAYSolute's prior written consent.
- No AI or machine-learning training: exported data, in whole or in part, may not be used to train, fine-tune or benchmark any artificial intelligence or machine learning model.
- Reasonable audit rights: RAYSolute reserves the right to review usage logs or exported files where misuse is suspected, exercised only on a documented concern, not as routine monitoring.
- Limited retention: access and any locally retained exports are licensed only for the active subscription period. On lapse or termination, retained exports must be deleted or returned per the licensing agreement.

Is Institution Intelligence Access a school ranking?
No. Institution Intelligence Access is not a ranking and does not score or rank institutions against each other. It is a structured research database that lets a licensed subscriber search, filter and compare institution profiles on objective attributes such as board, state, city, ownership type, segment, size band and fee band. A ranking implies a single ordered league table; this product is a query tool over profile data, and any interpretation or scoring is left to the subscriber.
What does a subscription actually include?
A subscription includes licensed query access to RAYSolute's proprietary institution research database, filtered profile search across board, state, city, ownership type, segment, size band and fee band, a controlled side-by-side compare view for selected institution profiles, and a coverage and vintage flag on every record so you know how current and complete each data point is. Exact seat count, coverage breadth, field depth, export rights and support level vary by tier: Lite, Team or Enterprise.
Can data be exported, and are there limits?
Export rights depend on your tier. The Lite tier is view-only with no export. The Team tier includes CSV export capped to a defined monthly limit set out in the subscription agreement. The Enterprise tier includes structured export under usage terms agreed at the organisation level. In every tier, exported data is licensed for internal use only: it may not be resold, redistributed, re-published as extracts, or used to train any AI or machine learning model.
Is usage tracked or audited?
Yes. RAYSolute reserves reasonable audit rights on a subscription where misuse is suspected, which may include a request for usage logs or exported files. This is exercised only on a documented concern, not as routine monitoring, and is set out in the licensing terms every subscriber agrees to before access is granted.
