What Would Your Engagement With RAYSolute Cost?
Three questions about your institution and your engagement. We show you an indicative fee range drawn from RAYSolute's own past proposals, or tell you honestly when we do not have enough comparable engagements on file to estimate one.

Three steps from input to an honest range
This configurator does not compute a market forecast. It looks up how RAYSolute has actually priced comparable past engagements, and only ever shows you what it can trace.
Describe your engagement
Three fields: your institution type, the engagement type you need, and your institution's current scale. Nothing else is asked at this stage, and no contact details are required to see an estimate.
The tool checks RAYSolute's own pricing history
Your combination is matched against RAYSolute's own past proposals, grouped by institution type, engagement type and scale. Where at least one directly comparable, quoted engagement exists, you see the range it sits in.
You get a range, a domain note, or a straight "contact us"
If the combination has real comparable data, you see an indicative range and the basis for it. If National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) or National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) does not apply to your institution type, the tool says so. If neither applies, it asks you to contact us rather than showing a guess.
Each input explained, and why it matters
The tool asks for three things and no more. Below: each input, what it drives, and what it does not.
K-12 schools, preschools, and higher-education institutions have structurally different fee bases in RAYSolute's own pricing history: different regulatory scope, different sample sizes, and different deliverables. This is the first filter on which past engagements are actually comparable to yours.
A feasibility study, a Detailed Project Report (DPR), National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) consulting, National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) accreditation support, and international market entry advisory are priced very differently, and not every engagement type applies to every institution type. NIRF and NAAC, for example, apply only to higher-education institutions in India, never to K-12 schools or preschools.
Inside a single engagement type, scale is the largest driver of fee RAYSolute has actually observed: a single-campus scoping study and a multi-campus, philanthropically funded feasibility study sit on completely different fee bands even though both are called a "feasibility study." Pick your current scale, not your ambition, for the most honest estimate.
What this tool does not do
- Replace a scoping call: your exact deliverables, sample size, timeline, and number of campuses will move the fee within, or beyond, the range shown
- Include Goods and Services Tax (GST), which applies at the statutory rate on top of every figure shown
- Cover retainer, success-fee, or milestone-based commercial structures, which RAYSolute scopes individually per engagement
- Guarantee availability at the low end of any range; scale, timeline pressure, and site travel can move a quote toward the upper end
- Substitute for RAYSolute's written proposal, which is the only document that commits RAYSolute to a fee
- Process any payment, take a card, or create a binding order; this page only estimates and, if you want it, connects you to a real scoping conversation
Common questions before using this tool
Answers below match the FAQPage schema embedded on this page so AI assistants can surface them directly.
How does RAYSolute calculate this fee estimate?
Each range on this page comes from RAYSolute's own actual engagement proposals, quoted to real prospective clients between April and August 2026, grouped by institution type, engagement type and institution scale. Where a range would need more comparable engagements than RAYSolute has completed, the tool says so and asks you to contact us for a scoped quote rather than showing an invented number.
Is the number this tool shows me a binding quote?
No. Every figure on this page is a RAYSolute indicative planning range for scoping, not a binding quote. Your actual fee depends on the specific scope, sample size, timeline and deliverables agreed for your engagement, which is set only after a scoping call and a written proposal.
Why do some combinations show "Contact us for a custom quote" instead of a number?
RAYSolute will not publish a fee range it cannot trace to real, comparable past engagements. For several institution type and engagement type combinations, such as a preschool feasibility study or a K-12 Detailed Project Report, RAYSolute does not yet have enough completed, fee-confirmed engagements on file at that combination to derive an honest range, so the tool asks you to contact us directly instead of estimating.
Does NIRF ranking consulting or NAAC accreditation apply to my K-12 school or preschool?
No. The National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) and the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) both apply to higher-education institutions, colleges and universities, not to K-12 schools or preschools. If you select either for a K-12 school or preschool, this tool explains that rather than showing an unrelated fee.
What is excluded from the fee ranges shown here?
Every range excludes Goods and Services Tax (GST), which applies at the statutory rate on top. Ranges also exclude reimbursable travel and site-visit costs where applicable, and any success fee or retainer structure specific to your engagement. The exact scope, payment tranches and validity period are set out in RAYSolute's written proposal after a scoping call.
How RAYSolute calibrates this Fee Configurator
Every range this tool shows is anchored to RAYSolute's own past engagement pricing, not to a published market survey or a competitor benchmark, since this tool estimates RAYSolute's own fees. Institution and client names are withheld from this page for client confidentiality; the underlying proposal dates and figures are real.
Basis used
- K-12 School, Feasibility Study / Market Study, small scale: 4 completed RAYSolute proposals quoted between April and June 2026, ranging from INR 3 Lakh to INR 9 Lakh, plus GST
- K-12 School, Feasibility Study / Market Study, medium scale: 2 completed RAYSolute proposals quoted in June and July 2026, ranging from INR 15 Lakh to INR 20 Lakh, plus GST
- K-12 School, Feasibility Study / Market Study, large scale: 3 completed RAYSolute proposals quoted in June 2026, ranging from INR 30 Lakh to INR 78 Lakh, plus GST
- Higher Education, Feasibility Study / Market Study, medium scale: 1 completed RAYSolute proposal, a skills-university market and feasibility study quoted at INR 20 Lakh plus GST in July 2026, shown as a single reference point rather than a multi-engagement range
- Higher Education, Detailed Project Report (DPR), small scale: 1 completed RAYSolute scoping and pathway-diagnostic engagement, quoted at INR 1 Lakh plus GST in June 2026 (a smaller first phase, fully creditable against the full DPR advance if the engagement proceeds)
- Higher Education, Detailed Project Report (DPR), medium and large scale: RAYSolute's own internal DPR build-cost benchmark (INR 25 Lakh to INR 45 Lakh, based on prior RAYSolute engagement structuring, not a market survey), cross-checked against one completed RAYSolute Detailed Project Report proposal for a foreign university partnership, quoted at INR 58 Lakh in April 2026
Deliberately not used
- Any fee figure that was drafted internally but never sent to a client, or whose delivery to the client was never confirmed: these are excluded even where a plausible number exists, rather than presented as a market-tested quote
- Competitor pricing, published market surveys, or any external benchmark: this tool prices RAYSolute's own services, so only RAYSolute's own quoted history is used
- Extrapolation across institution types or engagement types: a preschool feasibility study is not estimated by scaling down a K-12 feasibility study figure, even though that would be easy to compute, because RAYSolute has not actually priced that specific combination
Where this tool shows "Contact us" instead of a range
Preschool engagements of every type, K-12 Detailed Project Reports, K-12 and Higher Education international market entry advisory, small and large-scale Higher Education feasibility studies, and Higher Education NIRF and NAAC engagements currently fall back to a direct "contact us" prompt, because RAYSolute does not yet have enough completed, fee-confirmed engagements on file at that specific combination to publish an honest range. This list will shrink as RAYSolute completes more engagements in these categories.
