Aggregated from RAYSolute's database of Indian schools we have advised or benchmarked between 2020-2026, supplemented by board-published fee schedules and publicly available tuition data.
What is included: annual tuition fee for the academic year. Excludes admission fees, security deposits, transport, food, and uniform.
What is excluded: RTE-quota seats (which are state-reimbursed at notified rates, typically INR 16-22K per year, far below the school's actual fee).
Why a range, not a point estimate: Schools within the same city + board + positioning tier vary by 50-80 percent due to location micro-corridor, brand vintage, sports and labs investment, faculty pedigree, and parent demographics. The 25th-75th percentile band gives the realistic planning range.

Tier-2 CBSE schools typically charge INR 1.0 to INR 2.5 lakh per year. Tier-2 ICSE: INR 1.5 to INR 3.5 lakh. Tier-1 Cambridge: INR 6 to INR 12 lakh. Tier-1 IB: INR 15 to INR 35 lakh.
