Whether your land area meets RAYSolute's recommended viability minimum at your city tier. CBSE: 1 acre metro/Tier-1, 2 acres Tier-2/3 (the bare CBSE regulatory floor under Circular No. 04/2026 is lower, 1,600 to 6,000 sq m depending on official city category; confirm with CBSE). Capital adequacy (25%)
