What Happens After You Reach Out

Every engagement starts the same way, a short conversation before any commercial conversation.

1. Initial call (15-30 minutes). We listen to what you're trying to solve, whether that's a new school launch, a National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) improvement mandate, an accreditation deadline, or a market-entry question, and ask enough questions on your specific situation to know if RAYSolute is genuinely the right fit for the work ahead.
2. Scoping and proposal. If there's a fit, we send a written scope covering deliverables, timeline, and fees, so you know exactly what you're buying before you commit to anything.
3. Engagement kickoff. Once you confirm, we agree a working cadence, typically weekly check-ins, and get started on the first deliverable.

There's no obligation at the initial-call stage. If RAYSolute isn't the right fit for your project, we'll say so directly rather than stringing out a scoping process that goes nowhere.
